Yes. 18th Edition: 60 questions in 2 hours. 2391-52: 60 questions in 2 hours. 2391-50 and 2391-51: 40 questions in 80 minutes. The pass mark is 60%.

No. Every question is written from scratch by us from BS 7671:2018+A4:2026 and IET Guidance Note 3. They're designed to test the same knowledge, in the same style, as the real exams.
Yes. They're written to BS 7671:2018+A4:2026, the current 18th Edition. Where older guidance differs from Amendment 4, we follow Amendment 4.
Yes, as often as you like. The question order and the order of the answers are shuffled every time, so you can't just memorise positions.
The real 2382 and 2391 exams are open book, so practise with the books you'll be allowed: BS 7671 for the 18th Edition, and BS 7671, the On-Site Guide and GN3 for 2391.
