What the mocks cover
The full topic list will appear here when the mocks are published.
What the exam is about
Periodic inspection is about judging the condition of an installation that may have been in service for many years. You need to agree the extent and limitations of the inspection with the client, carry out sampling where appropriate, test safely on an installation you did not install, and record what you find.
A large part of the skill is deciding how serious each observation is. Classification codes C1, C2 and C3, and when further investigation is needed, come up often. So do the limitations you must record and the information you hand over to the person ordering the report.
While you wait
Much of the testing knowledge overlaps with 2391-52 and 2391-50, so their mocks are useful practice now. Leave your email below and we will let you know as soon as the 2391-51 mocks are live.
How FreeMocks works
Free mocks, no sign-up. The first mocks on every live exam are free. You can start one straight away without an account, and create one afterwards if you want to save your result.
A real timer. Each mock runs to the same time limit as the real exam, so you learn your own pace. You can flag questions and come back to them before you submit.
No feedback until the end. Just like the real exam, you don't see whether you are right while you work. When you submit, you get your score and a review of every question.
A full workout. Each answer comes with an explanation, why each wrong option is wrong, a memory trick, step-by-step working for calculations and the regulation reference. Pro unlocks the full workout on every question and every mock.
Questions are written by us from scratch and are not real exam questions. FreeMocks is independent and is not endorsed by City & Guilds, EAL or the IET.
